4. Will Paint Protection Film (PPF) or Vinyl Wrapping damage my factory paint?
Absolutely not. When installed and removed by professionals with our level of experience, both PPF and Vinyl actually preserve your factory paint. This is especially important for maintaining the resale value of high-end brands like Porsche and Mercedes-Benz by preventing rock chips, UV fading, and minor scratches.
5. What is the difference between Ceramic Coating and PPF?
Think of PPF as a physical shield (like a phone screen protector) that stops rocks and debris from chipping your paint. Ceramic Coating is a liquid polymer that acts like a permanent wax, providing incredible shine and hydrophobic (water-repelling) properties. For the ultimate protection, we often recommend "The Works": applying PPF to high-impact areas and coating the entire vehicle.
6. How long does a full color change or PPF installation take?
Precision takes time. For a full German-engineered vehicle wrap or entire vehicle PPF, we typically require 3 to 5 business days. This allows us to perform deep decontamination cleaning, meticulous disassembly of mirrors/trim for a seamless finish, and proper curing time for the adhesives.
