1. Is "buffing" the same as "waxing"? Not at all. Wax is a temporary filler that sits on top of the paint. Our buffing and polishing process physically removes defects from the clear coat for a permanent fix.

3. Will this remove deep key scratches? If the scratch hasn't reached the metal or primer, we can usually buff it out or significantly hide it. If it’s too deep, we’ll advise you on the best repair path.
